Plants are living goods, so we ship only on certain days of the week. That way parcels do not get stuck with the courier over the weekend.
Zimsko pošiljanje
Tudi v hladnejših mesecih poskrbimo, da gredo tvoje hoye na pot dobro pripravljene. Zimska dostava vključuje lažjo toplotno izolacijo in grelni vložek po potrebi, brez doplačila. O dodajanju grelnega vložka odločimo glede na vremenske razmere in predvideni čas dostave, zato ga ni treba posebej naročiti.
Dostava z GLS ali DPD
Standardno pošiljamo z GLS ali DPD. Kurirja izberemo glede na naše izkušnje s posamezno destinacijo. Če želiš določenega kurirja, to napiši v opombo ob naročilu.
Če pri pripravi paketa ugotovimo, da bi bila drugačna dostava boljša, te kontaktiramo in se dogovorimo. Ob neugodnih vremenskih razmerah lahko pošiljanje prestavimo, o čemer te obvestimo.
Pred odpiranjem paketa
Paketa ob prihodu ne odpri takoj. Zaprtega postavi v prostor s sobno temperaturo in počakaj, da se postopoma ogreje. Če je na otip še hladen, mu daj več časa.
Ne postavljaj ga na radiator, ob grelec ali na neposredno sonce. Postopno ogrevanje zmanjša nenadno temperaturno spremembo, ki bi rastline lahko dodatno obremenila.
Če kaj ni v redu, mi piši
Tveganje zimskega pošiljanja prevzamem jaz. Če rastline prispejo poškodovane ali opaziš karkoli, kar te skrbi, mi čim prej, najbolje v 48 urah, pošlji sporočilo na info@skayanatropicals.com s številko naročila ter fotografijami rastlin in embalaže.
Tudi če se paket na poti zatakne ali pride do težav z dostavo, mi sporoči. Pomagala bom preveriti, kaj se dogaja, in skupaj bomo našli rešitev.
When we ship
Orders placed by Monday at 8:00are shipped the same week. Exceptions are extreme weather, when we postpone shipping so plants do not travel in heat or frost, and orders with special arrangements. In both cases we will let you know.

Switzerland
We ship to Switzerland. Plants travel with a plant passport, just as within the EU — through a bilateral agreement with the European Union, Switzerland is part of the same plant passport system. A phytosanitary certificate is not required.
However, Switzerland is not part of the EU customs union or the EU VAT area, so every shipment is subject to customs clearance. Any import duties, Swiss VAT and customs clearance fees are paid by the buyer on delivery. These costs are not included in the product prices or in the shipping cost.
Because of customs clearance, delivery may take a day or two longer than expected. The shipping cost is shown before you complete your order.
Plant passport
All plants and cuttings come with a plant passport in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/2031. The passport is included in the parcel and is required for the legal distance selling of plants for planting within the EU, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Products with restricted delivery
Some products are available only for delivery within Slovenia or only for personal pickup. This is marked on the product page. If you order such a product with delivery abroad, we will let you know and offer to split or cancel the order.
When your parcel arrives
Pošiljko prevzemite čim prej. V toplejših mesecih jo odprite takoj, saj rastline v zaprtem paketu ne prenesejo dolgega čakanja. Pozimi jo pred odpiranjem pustite, da se ogreje na sobno temperaturo (glejte Zimsko pošiljanje).
If the parcel is damaged, incomplete or shows signs of having been opened, let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, and attach photos of the parcel before and after unpacking. We will handle the claim together with the courier.
